Ceuta enclave "almost" back to normal after migrant influx

Almost all of the roughly sixty thousand migrants who crossed into Spain's Ceuta enclave from Morocco over just a few days had left by Saturday, officials say. At least sixty-seven people died in the attempt, France 24 reports. Spain has announced plans to build a five-hundred-meter containment barrier along the sea border, while a majority of EU countries have called for emergency talks with the bloc's interior ministers.
