Nancy Guthrie's family issued a new public appeal on Saturday for information on her whereabouts, six months after she vanished from her home in Tucson, Arizona. The Guardian reports that investigators released two purported notes from her presumed abductors the day before. In an Instagram post, the family said they've lived in what they called 'agony and despair' every moment since someone took her from her bed in the dead of night. Nancy Guthrie is the mother of Savannah Guthrie, co-anchor of NBC's Today show.
