Israeli forces detain residents and demolish homes in southern Syria

Since the ouster of Bashar al-Assad, Israeli forces have pushed troops beyond the 1974 disengagement line into southern Syria. Al Jazeera reports that in a fresh operation, those forces detained residents and demolished homes in the region.
