Prosecutors Dismiss Rape Charge Against Harvey Weinstein, Who Won’t Be Tried a Fourth Time

The Manhattan District Attorney's office has dismissed a rape charge against Harvey Weinstein, clearing the way for him to avoid a fourth trial. Weinstein was convicted on separate charges last year. The D.A. is recommending a twenty-year sentence for those convictions.
