ARENA 9.0: Call for Applicants

ARENA, the Alignment Research Engineer Accelerator, is now accepting applications for its ninth cohort. The five-week in-person bootcamp runs from October fifth through November sixth, twenty twenty-six, at the London Initiative for Safe AI. The program covers transformers, language model interpretability, reinforcement learning, and model evaluation techniques—all focused on technical AI safety. According to ARENA, previous cohorts have produced engineers now working at organizations like Apollo Research, METR, and the UK AISI. The application deadline is July twelfth, twenty twenty-six. ARENA's mission is to upskill talented engineers and integrate them with the AI safety research community.
