Venezuelans search rubble for quake survivors with thousands feared dead

According to France 24, a pair of powerful earthquakes struck northern Venezuela, killing at least one hundred sixty-four people with many more feared dead. Rescue teams are racing against time, searching through collapsed buildings for survivors in the areas hit hardest by the quakes.
