Morocco blames social media, human traffickers for Spain migrant rush

At least eleven people have died, most by drowning, as roughly forty thousand people attempted to cross into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta from Morocco. Morocco's Interior Ministry says the surge was driven by social media misinformation and human trafficking networks, according to ABC News. Ceuta, a Spanish territory on the North African coast, has long been a flashpoint for migration into Europe.
