Twin Falls police say the man accused of opening fire at an Idaho fast-food restaurant Saturday, killing three people, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Police chief Matthew Hicks said investigators believe twenty-four-year-old Chad Williams acted alone, and that quick action from an off-duty officer and an armed bystander helped prevent further bloodshed, The Guardian reports.
