Cameroon edge past Ghana to reach last eight at 2026 WAFCON

Per RFI, Cameroon has advanced to the quarter-finals of the Women's Africa Cup of Nations after beating Ghana one-nil on Sunday night in Casablanca. Mali also secured a spot in the last eight with a three-two victory over Cape Verde, tournament newcomers.
