FIFA President Gianni Infantino is under growing pressure after abandoning plans to sell a World Cup stake to private investors. France 24 reports the proposal fell apart when UEFA's fifty-five member nations agreed to boycott the World Cup and other FIFA competitions. CONCACAF and the Asian Football Confederation also opposed the plan.
