Russia blames Ukraine for deadly restaurant bombing in Moscow

Russia's foreign ministry is blaming Ukraine for a bombing at a Moscow restaurant that killed five people, The Guardian reports. The blast struck Saturday evening at the entrance of an upscale Italian restaurant inside one of the city's Stalin-era skyscrapers on Kudrinskaya Square, with some reports suggesting a senior Russian air force commander may have been the intended target.
