'Spain expects solidarity' as it grapples with aftermath of Ceuta migration surge

Most of the estimated sixty thousand people who crossed into Ceuta have since returned to Morocco, following the territory's largest mass migrant crossing on record. Spanish authorities reported at least seventy-two deaths on August second, France 24 says. The outlet spoke with Juan Fernando Lopez Aguilar, a former Spanish Justice Minister and current member of the European Parliament, about how Ceuta is reckoning with the aftermath of the surge.
