Director Isabelle Stever's 'I Rarely Wake Up Dreaming,' produced by Tom Tykwer, has secured world sales representation from Outplay Films. Per Variety, the film competes in the Locarno Film Festival's main competition and follows a young queer Ukrainian couple. Written by Anna Melikova, it was produced at Berlin-based X Filme Creative Pool.
