Second-hand home prices in Spain rise 16.2% in a year

Spanish second-hand home prices posted a strong increase. Euronews reports the Fotocasa Property Index put the average at three thousand one hundred fifty-four euros per square metre in July, up sixteen point two percent year-over-year. All seventeen regions saw annual gains, led by Murcia, Cantabria, and the Valencia region.
