Iran 'calls Trump's bluff' as it denies negotiating with the US

U.S. President Trump announced that talks aimed at ending the conflict with Iran will begin on August third, after postponing the major military strikes he had threatened. France 24 reports Trump has regularly employed this tactic: announce military threats, then announce talks. This time, however, Iran appears to be resisting the approach.
