Aung San Suu Kyi, Myanmar's ousted leader, met on Monday with a representative of the International Committee of the Red Cross, France 24 reports. The eighty-one-year-old Nobel Peace Prize winner was taken into detention in early two thousand twenty-one following a military coup that toppled her elected government. Since then, her whereabouts and condition have remained largely unknown to international officials and the public.
