ICE detainee reveals video of drinking water apparently contaminated with worm-like creatures

In the footage, captured during a video call, Carlitos Ricardo Parias holds up a bottle of water apparently containing worm-like creatures. Parias has been detained for months at the Adelanto ICE facility, northeast of LA. The release surfaces amid wider complaints about conditions in ICE detention.
