Live: Quake death toll rises to 188 as rescue operation continues

According to ABC News, Venezuela's capital has been devastated by a double earthquake. One hundred eighty-eight people have been confirmed dead, with rescue operations continuing in Caracas. More than two hundred fifty buildings have been destroyed or damaged in the quake's aftermath.
