Lego deploys Hubble Space Telescope as detailed desktop model

Lego has released a new Hubble Space Telescope model. Per Ars Technica, the Icons Hubble features twelve hundred fifty-two pieces and builds a fifteen-inch-long display—about twice the size of previous Lego versions. It includes a minifigure astronaut to show the scale of the orbiting observatory. The kit is available for one hundred forty dollars through Lego's stores and website.
