England, Wales had driest July on record: Met Office

Channel NewsAsia reports that England and Wales have just experienced their driest July on record—the first since official weather records began in eighteen thirty-six. England received just ten percent of its average July rainfall, the Met Office says, with little rain expected in the coming week.
