82-year-old charity cyclist dies day after last heroic ride

Motor neurone disease advocate Bob Montgomery has died, just one day after finishing a five-thousand-three-hundred-kilometre bicycle ride across Australia, ABC News reports. He undertook the ride to raise awareness for the disease.
