Kreios Space to fly VLEO demonstration in NanoAvionics bus

Spanish startup Kreios Space announced plans August fourth to conduct the first demonstration of its air-breathing electric propulsion technology in very low Earth orbit, flying aboard a NanoAvionics satellite bus. SpaceNews reports the technology harnesses the residual atmosphere at those extremely low altitudes to generate thrust.
