Geno Segers Apologizes For Transgender Comments After ‘Hadestown’ Exit: ‘I Recognize the Impact of My Statements’

Broadway actor Geno Segers has apologized for resurfaced social media comments about the transgender community. According to Variety, he posted a statement on Instagram Monday in which he acknowledged the impact of his words and offered sincere apologies to those affected. Segers is also exiting the Broadway production of Hadestown.
