New law proposed to lower en bloc thresholds for older condominiums

Channel NewsAsia reports that Singapore is proposing a new law to lower the consent thresholds for collective sales of older condominiums. The current rules were introduced in nineteen ninety-nine—but since then, the Ministry of Law notes, many residential developments have become significantly older.
