Push for indictment as Lebanon marks six years since Beirut port blast

Six years after the Beirut port blast killed more than two hundred people, Lebanese President Joseph Aoun is pressing the judiciary to finally issue an indictment, RFI reports. The 2020 explosion, one of the largest non-nuclear blasts in history, devastated much of the capital, and the case has stalled for years amid political obstruction.
