Rocketdyne reemerges as standalone space company

Rocketdyne, the storied rocket engine manufacturer, is reemerging as a standalone company. Per SpaceNews, private-equity firm AE Industrial is taking a sixty-percent stake, while L3Harris retains a noncontrolling interest in the business.
