David Ellison Says Opposition to Paramount-Warner Bros. Is Over His Control of CNN, Claims He Will Not ‘Bend Newsrooms to My Views’

Per Variety, Paramount CEO David Ellison wrote a New York Times op-ed Tuesday claiming the antitrust litigation filed by twelve states and the Writers Guild of America isn't about market share but about whether he can be trusted as a steward of CNN. Ellison says he will not bend newsrooms to his views.
