Byte Magazine’s “Technological Breakthrough” cover re-created as a photograph #ArtTuesday

Per Adafruit Blog, Bob Alexander at Galactic Studios is recreating classic Byte magazine covers as photographs. His latest project transforms Robert Tinney's 'Technological Breakthrough'—which depicted a robot claw hatching from an egg in the magazine's January nineteen eighty-six robotics issue. Alexander discovered that a similar claw in a previously recreated Tinney cover had different proportions, so he digitally adjusted the image rather than manufacturing a new prop.
