US says Iran Hormuz deal could come 'today or tomorrow' as oil prices plunge

France 24 reports that a senior Trump administration official said an agreement on shipping through the Strait of Hormuz could be reached within days, offering hope for a diplomatic breakthrough. Iran, however, continues to publicly deny any ongoing negotiations with the US on the matter. Oil prices have declined.
