CDC reportedly expands US cyclosporiasis outbreak to 15 states

The CDC has reportedly expanded the largest known cyclosporiasis outbreak to fifteen states, according to the Guardian, which cited Washington Post reporting. Six states were newly added to the investigation, including Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, and North Carolina, per sources familiar with the matter. The expansion follows Michigan's report of the first two US deaths linked to the disease.
