Horror director Eli Roth admitted that an animated sequence in his upcoming film 'Ice Cream Man' was AI-assisted, reversing his earlier promise that he had drawn it himself. Per Variety, Roth made the statement via Polygon, saying he had misspoken about the sequence. The film premieres August seventh.
