Per CNBC, General Motors is extending a joint venture with a Chinese automaker for twenty years, even as geopolitical tensions simmer between the U.S. and China. The deal will keep Buick and Cadillac models focused on domestic Chinese sales, while also enabling Chevrolet products built in China to be exported to non-U.S. markets.
