Brazil - Argentina diplomatic relations downgrade to 'Chargé d'Affaires'

Brazil has downgraded its diplomatic relations with Argentina after Argentine President Javier Milei called Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva a thief. Euronews reports that Brasilia has recalled Argentina's ambassador and reduced representation to the Chargé d'Affaires level, a lower diplomatic rank.
