Court clears way for sexual harassment complaint against ex-NT judge

A Federal Court ruling has cleared the way for a sexual harassment complaint against a former Northern Territory Supreme Court judge to proceed. The court rejected arguments that too much time had passed, ABC News reports, since the alleged conduct occurred more than a decade ago.
