EU releases €1.4 Billion to Ukraine from frozen Russian asset profits after Kyiv attacks

Euronews reports the European Commission has released one point four billion euros in profits from frozen Russian assets to Ukraine, following deadly Russian strikes on Kyiv. Most of that money will go toward repaying loans from the G7 and EU, with seventy million euros earmarked for military assistance.
