Eli Lilly beat second-quarter earnings estimates and raised its full-year revenue guidance to between eighty-five and eighty-seven billion dollars, up from eighty-two to eighty-five billion dollars. Surging sales of Zepbound and Mounjaro, the pharmaceutical company's weight-loss and diabetes drugs, drove the results, CNBC reports.
