Saudi wealth fund and Jared Kushner's Affinity finalize $55 billion EA Sports deal

CNBC reports that EA Sports has been acquired for fifty-five billion dollars by the Saudi Public Investment Fund and Jared Kushner's Affinity Partners. The company's shares have stopped trading on the Nasdaq and will be removed from the exchange. Each shareholder will receive two hundred ten dollars per share in cash.
