This school-bus-sized “terror croc” ate dinosaurs. Now it’s back

ScienceDaily reports that a thirty-one-foot prehistoric crocodilian is now on display at Georgia's Tellus Science Museum. The mounted skeleton is Deinosuchus schwimmeri, a massive reptile capable of attacking dinosaurs. The mount draws on more than forty years of paleontological research by Dr. David Schwimmer, for whom the species was named, and represents the first scientifically accurate skeleton of this ancient predator.
