Judge signals Trump’s defamation lawsuit against Wall Street Journal may be dismissed again

Trump sued the Wall Street Journal and News Corp founder Rupert Murdoch for ten billion dollars in a defamation case over an article published in July twenty twenty-five. The article centered on a "bawdy" letter reportedly authored by Trump and included in a two thousand three birthday book for Jeffrey Epstein. Trump denies writing or signing the letter, and his legal team has argued that the Journal published the story despite being told it was false. A federal judge in Florida appeared skeptical of Trump's case on Wednesday, the Guardian reports.
