Threat of legal action if PC Andrew Harper’s killers are released early

The chief constable of Thames Valley Police says he may join legal action if the government allows the early release of Jessie Cole and Albert Bowers, who were convicted of killing PC Andrew Harper. The Guardian reports the Police Federation is also considering court intervention to prevent their release.
