Venture capital firm Lightspeed's partners Josh Machiz and Claire Zau appeared on the Equity podcast to discuss their growing social media presence and their podcast, Lightwork, per TechCrunch. The visibility strategy appears to be working — they recently hired someone who discovered the firm through an Instagram direct message.
