Death toll from Venezuela earthquakes rises to around 235, health minister says

Venezuela has been struck by a series of earthquakes, with the death toll now estimated at around two hundred thirty-five according to the country's health minister. The United States has announced it is sending military ships and planes to assist with relief and recovery efforts.
