A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit from Paramount Plus subscribers seeking to block the one hundred eleven billion dollar merger between Paramount and Warner Bros. Judge Araceli Martínez-Olguín ruled the plaintiffs — three current subscribers and two prospective subscribers — lacked standing in their suit, meaning they did not have legal grounds to bring the challenge. The decision removes a legal obstacle to the merger, Variety reports.
