Court asked to jail disgraced AFL great Nicky Winmar for assaulting woman

ABC News (Australia) reports that prosecutors are asking a Victorian court to jail former AFL great Nicky Winmar over an assault on a woman. The court heard on Thursday that the victim continues to suffer flashbacks from the attack. Winmar's lawyer says his client is being investigated for CTE, a concussion-related brain injury tied to repeated head trauma in contact sports.
