Moment first rare tiger in 70 years released in Kazakhstan

BBC World reports that Umit, a female Amur tiger, has been released in Kazakhstan as part of a restoration program for a species that vanished from central Asia roughly a century ago. It's the first tiger of its kind released in the region in over seven decades.
