Local syndicate ran vape deliveries for over 3 years; member pleads guilty

Channel NewsAsia reports a Singapore vape syndicate that operated for over three years has led to a guilty plea. The operation was delivering between one hundred five and two hundred ten orders daily, coordinated by a leader using the alias 'Nobody' and supposedly based in Malaysia.
