Top Democrats accuse Trump officials over Israeli settlers’ ‘unbridled violence’

Nineteen Democratic lawmakers have sent a letter accusing the Trump administration of enabling violence by Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank. Per The Guardian, they say administration policies have created what they call 'a climate of impunity and unbridled violence' that endangers both Palestinians and American citizens. The group is demanding the restoration of sanctions against extremist settlers and independent US investigations into the deaths of nine Americans killed in the West Bank since twenty twenty-two.
