US Senate panel votes to hold Fauci in contempt over COVID hearing

ABC News reports that a US Senate panel has voted to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci in contempt of Congress following his appearance before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs last week. During that hearing, Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination more than one hundred times while being questioned about the pandemic response.
