Rights groups call Israel’s killing of journalist Amal Khalil a ‘war crime’

Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International say Israel's killing of Lebanese journalist Amal Khalil appears to have been a targeted attack, and both groups are calling it a war crime. According to Al Jazeera English, the rights organizations also say rescuers were obstructed in the aftermath.
