Suno hopes to go legit with watermarks for AI-generated music

According to Ars Technica, music-generation platform Suno is adding watermarks to all its AI-generated audio, allowing streaming services to label or block the content. CEO Mikey Shulman says the move is necessary to meet emerging industry standards for AI content labeling. The company hasn't yet specified whether it will use its own watermarking solution or a ready-made option like Google's SynthID.
